Bill 132 - OSPCA Campaign

The current legislation under the Dog Owner’s Liability Act has led to the euthanasia of over 1,100 dogs and puppies, many who were not aggressive towards other animals or people but simply for resembling a dog breed not recognized in Canada. The Ontario SPCA campaign was created to educate and provide Ontarians with some insight into a bill they may not even be aware of.
